Anime Expo 2011
Pirate Miku

I made this outfit in approximately three weeks for a photoshoot with the wonderful :iconthebigtog: at Anime Next. That unfortunately caused me to pull a few too many allnighters towards the end and not be as prepared as I should've! I'm sorry :iconthebigtog:!! I work so slowly ;_; I made a few minor adjustments and spent a day wearing the costume before my photoshoot at AX, and I think that definitely helped me feel more at home in the costume.

I do like how some of the photos in my AX shoot turned out, but shibuya definitely worked in a very different style than I was used to. I'm grateful he let me have a bit more say in this shoot than he normally would!

Aww thank you!! I had to try really hard to find some sort of pirate-like setting where we were...shibuya was more used to shooting portraits than working with backgrounds I think!
